We operate under a circular economy model that integrates all stages of the process:
Collection of postconsumed PET bottles through our regional network of formalized recyclers and alliances with collection programs.
The collected material is classified, washed and crushed to remove impurities and condition it for transformation.
The result of the washing and grinding process is flake, a clean and processed material that serves as a basis for the production of new inputs within the production cycle.
Flake is subjected to extrusion and heat treatment processes that allow it to be converted into material suitable for reuse in industrial applications, meeting quality and performance standards.
Recycled resin (rPET) is again integrated into the manufacture of packaging, closing the material cycle,
this allows to reduce the environmental impact.
Transformation of the resin into new bottles, packaging or plastic products suitable for distribution and consumption, thus completing the circular economy cycle and reinserting the material into the value chain.
